Hey guys I have a quick question ;n; Would you be fine with comic pages that had slightly bigger panels/less panels? I am currently doing around 6-7 panels average per page and it's a bit overwhelming, so I wanted to know if you'd be fine if I sometimes d

Less panels - quicker updates
More panels - slower updates
(cont) did less panels for some pages that may not need more panels. Of course it would depend on the content of the page, but in general.

I can understand your feel with the panel production on the pages, though it really depends on what content you want to show. I did a prologue to where I tried to do just 4 pages but it came out to being 6 pages. The best advice I could say is for pages that come with 5-7 panels is mostly a scene of conversation or how time goes for the day with the characters, I always think of those steady transitional pages where we can "breathe" and relax. To that amount it can be up to 1-4 panels. Like when a character travels through the lands or we're just given a full image of some background that they're in.

That's what I've been advised from my professor. The one thing to keep in mind that even though its just a casual moment of the story where it seems "slow", we gotta have it on a good pace for buildup, the more panels put, the more it may seem a lot is going on to where we have to know before the chapter ends. Just keep those in mind! I'm quite patient enough to read your comic but hopefully this advice helps!
