Feryn breathed out a long breath, but it didnt feel like she was breathing. She pushed the doubt that was rising, and felt an odd feeling as if the dread washed off of her.
"I know," she said coldly and felt as if tears ran down one of her eyes but she didn't feel anything run down her cheeks, as if her eye was melting.
"Oh, how good..." Iathe breathed back and she could sense him grinning.
"But you promise you'll protect me?" she asked and opened her eyes slightly.
"Of course... I am in your debt... And Iathe never forgets his debts..."

So here we have a personal drawing ;n; I hadn't drawn anything for myself since February and I really wanted to draw somethig... And I needed an excuse to draw Iathe since I haven't drawn him in forever.. (Almost a year, actually)

So about this drawing.. I mentioned briefly before Iathe and Feryn are on the same side of the storyline, and that Feryn might have done something to awaken him. Iathe is known only to ancient legends and could be summoned by an unholy ritual, but the ritual is forbidden and forgotten. Nobody remembers what he did or what he could do, and some even fable if he was even a real person once, though there is proof he was if people make the connections.

Like I said, Feryn and Iathe are on the same storyline, so we'll see more what and who Iathe really was later on..

Both these songs inspired me when drawing this, as both songs fit really, really well...... but I am not gonna say why.... c:

Iathe seriously gives me the creeps, and given that it is clearly the intent of his character, I can safely say you succeeded.
